About Majesty Connections
At MAJESTY CONNECTIONS, our goal is to partner with our members through their journey of life and spiritual growth. We do that by offering a comforting environment, a shoulder to lean on and someone to listen in a supportive community. Majesty Connections was founded in January 2007. We are a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in England, UK. The RCCG was founded in 1952 and is led by Pastor E.A Adeboye, the General Overseer. The RCCG is a mega church with over 5,000 branches worldwide. Majesty Connections is a growing, vibrant multicultural church. We are located at Majesty Connections Centre, 12 Broadway North (former Barclays Bank), Basildon SS13 3AX in the Essex County of England, United Kingdom.
Majesty Connections church consists diverse groups of people from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds who step out with purpose, inspired and spiritually armed by Pastor Victor Oladele to help others in their communities.

Our Vision
The Majesty Connections church was not established because another church was needed, but because we wanted to create a place where regular people could find grace and hope, and the chance to connect with each other and with God.

Majesty Connections Mandate
Additional to the RCCG mandate, we believe we’ve been called to our local community to:
- Bring good news to the poor
- Comfort the broken hearted
- Bring freedom to those held captive by the wrong life choices they’ve made
- Connect people to the Lord’s favour
How We Do It
To accomplish our mandate, we:
- Add value to our members through intentional programs
- Enable our members to have a lived experience of God’s word.
- Partner with our members to acquire the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve their maximum potentials.
- Forster constructive and positive relationship among our members.
- Engage with our community spiritually, culturally, politically and economically.
Leadership Team
Pastor Victor Oladele
Senior Pastor
Pastor Victor Oladele was formerly a Lecturer in Infection Prevention and Control at Kings College London, Consultant and Commissioner for Community Infection Prevention and Control for the Inner & Outer North East London NHS Community Services. Latterly, he was the Regional Head of Infection Prevention and Control for NHS Improvement providing strategic leadership, oversight, governance, development and support in infection prevention and control to all the NHS Trusts in the London Region.

Pastor Victor is an Area Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God UK and serves as the Senior Pastor of RCCG Majesty Connections located in Basildon, Essex. He is a pragmatic and insightful teacher of the word who loves to speak the truth with grace. A very compassionate man, Pastor Victor’s church runs the award-winning Basildon Foodbank providing food to thousands of people in crisis within the Basildon district yearly.
Described as an incurable optimist with a passion for developing and equipping men, and leaders, Pastor Victor is the President of KingzMen Ministry. A ministry geared towards connecting men together in meaningful ways to take the courageous steps necessary to embrace authentic manhood on a journey to becoming who God intends them to be. He speaks on fatherhood, leadership, and more at Christian and secular conferences.
Pastor Victor is married to Pastor Jibola. They are blessed with thriving children.
Pastor Jibola Oladele
Executive Pastor
Pastor Jibola Oladele, popularly called ‘Pastor Jibs’ by many is the Executive Pastor of RCCG Majesty Connections, Basildon. She is the founder and President of Kingz Daughters Ministry. She is dedicated to equipping, empowering and meeting the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of women at Majesty Connections Church and within the community.
Pastor Jibola is a Health Visitor Team Leader in the NHS. She is passionate about helping families live a fulfilled life. She is the visionary of the ever-popular monthly programme ‘Time Out with God’ which provide opportunities for women to become empowered, grow in their faith in Christ, develop friendships and connect with other women. Many women have experienced the power of transformation through this programme.
Pastor Jibola is the Area Mother of Area 3, Zone 1, Province 1, Region 6, Uk. She is happily married to Pastor Victor. They are blessed with thriving children.
